Guess what I heard on the news?
I don't watch much news on TV, especially lately. Not very inspiring or encouraging. This is one of the main reasons I haven't subscribed to newspapers for a while. The report paints a rather sad picture. And most of their predictions paint a bleak future.
Have you ever wondered why the news is so sad? This is because it is not meant to be used to build and encourage you. Journalism has deviated greatly from simply reporting facts. But there's an old saying, "If it bleeds, it leads." That is, the story that is most tragic, dramatic, scary, or negative is usually the main story. And that applies to television, radio, and newspapers.
But have you ever noticed how you feel after watching the news on TV? Are you fresh, excited and inspired? Like me, you probably don't feel excited, excited, or excited, right?
A lot has happened in our country in the last year. Because of what people know or think they know, many choose to criticize and blame. And of course, to confirm their feelings, just tell others what they heard on the news. - Guess what I heard on the news today? "I told you they planned this, and just yesterday ..." And so on and on.
The United States is facing some very critical issues right now. A very serious problem requires a proper solution. I get it, but how about you focus on another message? How about the good news?
I truly believe that whatever the circumstances, no matter how difficult it may seem, God's promises are true. And he will keep his promise to those who choose to believe and believe in him.
Think about it: Not only is the Bible full of God's promises of help, deliverance, healing, and prosperity, but there are also many stories of people who have faced extremely difficult and even impossible circumstances and received His help and deliverance. Have you ever wondered why all these stories are in the Bible?
Some of these stories are unforgettable for many, such as the crossing of the Red Sea by the Children of Israel. And of course it was a very difficult and seemingly impossible situation. With the Egyptian army on one side and the Red Sea on the other, the odds were definitely against them. But God has an amazing solution.
